Important information: The lecture starts at 11 a.m. and not at 12 noon, as written on the posters. We had to move the time forward because one of the speakers got an appointment at 1 pm at short notice and we are therefore starting an hour earlier.
The way we live and do business threatens the balance of ecosystems. With the climate crisis, politicians and society are slowly beginning to realize that change is needed. Less attention is paid, however, to the biodiversity crisis, which is just as threatening.
Prof. Dr. Christen and Prof. Dr. Biedermann discuss the background, consequences and strategies for action of the climate crisis and the biodiversity crisis and their interrelationship.
